DDC was formed in 1996 to provide medium and long-term financing through Leasing. To date, DDC's activities are limited to 2 divisions:

• DYNAMIC AUTO-FINANCE (DAF), our vehicles leasing operation
• DYNAMIC IMMOBILIER, our property and building leasing operation

1. DYNAMIC AUTO-FINANCE (DAF)

   DAF offers vehicle fleet leases from 12 to 36 months to the commercial and the institutional sectors. DAF leases only new vehicles:
   • Sedan automobiles
   • 4 Wheel-Drive vehicles, pick-ups and other utility vehicles.

   Although we are not restricted in term of brands, DAF features FORD and MITSUBISHI vehicles.

   DAF's full leasing package features:

   • Full maintenance program
   • Tire replacement program
   • Vehicle replacement program while vehicle is at the repair shop for maintenance or accident repair, and when vehicle is stolen
   • Full insurance program (deductibles apply)
   • Statistical information on the fleet leased

2. DYNAMIC IMMOBILIER (DI)

   DI owns and leases commercial buildings and properties in Port-au-Prince, Delmas, Martissant, Pétion-Ville, Montrouis and Cap-Haitien. We offer essentially office spaces and warehouses.

   We have now under study the creation of a Commercial Center in Montrouis (50 miles from Port-au-Prince) where we shall build a modern complex with:

   • A Supermarket
   • A Fast food restaurant
   • A Gas Station and Garage Service
   • A Bank
   • An Ice Plant
   • Warehouses
   • A Garbage plant (given the proximity of the project to the wonderful beaches of Cote des Arcadins)
